NU & DA is driven by passion, intense creativity, and a genuine joy for cooking. We love Danish food, and our aim is to elevate Danish gastronomy with our take on classic regional dishes.

Our ambition is to jolt the foundation with flavorful dishes that are lighter, cleaner, and more contemporary, and therefore more relevant. We hold on to what’s familiar while creating new, delightful, and surprising meals, meant to be enjoyed in a relaxed, close-to-the-table setting.
