An exquisite dinner with a swinging soul band on April 30

Today’s menu is accompanied by a truly special musical experience. It has long been my dream to bring live music to NU&DA, and it is therefore with great pleasure that I can now welcome all guests to this unique experience.
‍
In collaboration with the Danish soul singer Hawk and his band Rayday, we present a repertoire inspired by the fiery soul of the ’50s and ’60s.

The music is primarily drawn from Ray Charles’ warm and swinging universe—spiced with Hawk’s own compositions and powerful evergreens.

Hawk—aka Søren Høg—leads the evening’s entertainment. With his deep soul voice and brilliant guitar playing, you can expect a warm and lively musical performance that beautifully complements the restaurant’s exquisite menu—and always with a little surprise along the way.

The evening includes an exquisite 5-course menu as well as welcome sparkling wine.
Doors open on April 30 at 6:00 PM with welcome sparkling wine, and we’ll sit down to dinner with music at 6:30 PM.
