This is not just seafood – it is the ocean reimagined. From May 22 to 31, NU&DA opens its doors for our Seafood Festival, where we take the finest from Nordic waters and elevate it with creativity and deep respect for the ingredients.

Expect dishes where freshness meets depth, where crispy textures balance silky sauces, and where acidity lifts the rich flavours of the sea. Every course is crafted to make you pause, taste and remember.

The menu features crispy oyster with sea buckthorn and trout roe, fresh oyster with apple and warm herbs, crab claws with brown butter sauce, cured scallop with mussel cream and glazed cucumber, net-caught pan-fried cod with anchovies, lemon and capers – and to finish, a creamy vanilla ice cream with white chocolate and an elegant touch of caviar.

A wine pairing menu is available for 579 DKK featuring four carefully selected wines: Crémant Brut from Alsace, Chenin Blanc from Vouvray, Riesling from Rheingau and Sauternes from Château D’Arche.
